The kitchen is next to the living room and has all amenities. The bathroom has a washing machine, shower and toilet. There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, two with a double bed, and one with an 80 cm sofa bed. There is also an office with a desk.

The house is located in a small cottage area with a barrier, there is no through road here, just a lovely relaxing silence. The house is located on a forest plot, behind the house you go straight into the forest, here there are both berries and mushrooms. A nice swimming area is 1.6 km from the house; with a sandy beach, barbecue area, rocks and wonderful water to swim in. The rent includes 4 bicycles, two adults and two children's bicycles, so you can cycle to the pool if you want. There is also a paddle court in the area. Nynäshamn, which is about 20 km from the house, is a lovely summer town with all the shops you could need, nice restaurants down in the harbor and a nice SPA if you want to indulge.
